RSA Archer Administrator

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1600000 (ie INR 5 - 16 LPA) Min Experience: 5+ years Location: Hyderabad, Telangana JobType: full-time Requirements Key Responsibilities Administer RSA Archer platform including users, roles, permissions, and access control. Troubleshoot Archer issues and perform root cause analysis. Manage system configuration, security settings, and access controls. Monitor and troubleshoot data feeds and data publication jobs. Support Archer upgrades, patches, enhancements, and maintenance activities. Handle DR activities and certificate lifecycle management. Manage ServiceNow incidents, service requests, and change requests while ensuring SLA adherence. Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation. Provide on-call support for critical Archer issues when required. Required Skills Strong experience in RSA Archer Administration. Knowledge of Access Control, Role Management, Data Feeds, and Web Services. Knowledge of Calculations and Data Driven Events. Good troubleshooting and RCA skills. Basic SQL knowledge. Understanding of Active Directory. Good written communication and documentation skills. Experience working in shift-based or high-volume support environments. Good to Have Knowledge of Windows Server. Experience with DR activities. Experience with certificate lifecycle management. ServiceNow experience.
