This includes managing maintenance services, contractors, budgets, compliance, and customer satisfaction while meeting contractual KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the assigned facility or portfolio. Lead and supervise facilities executives, engineers, technicians, and administrative staff. Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed according to schedule. Manage service providers and contractors to ensure quality work, safety, and compliance with contract requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and timely issue resolution. Prepare monthly reports, KPIs, budgets, and management presentations. Monitor operating expenditure (OPEX) and support capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Fire Safety, Environmental, and statutory regulations. Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Manage emergency responses, business continuity, and incident investigations. Oversee procurement activities including quotations, purchase orders, and contract administration. Ensure documentation such as SOPs, risk assessments, method statements, permits, and maintenance records are up to date. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, energy efficiency programs, and sustainability efforts. Support audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
