Job Title Technician Job Description Summary Job Description About the Role • Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently. • Attend to feedback or complaints from tenants, clients or building users. • Conduct regular inspection to ensure the facilities, equipment and building systems are in good working order. • Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests. • Supervise vendors/Contractors on routine & ad-hoc works during and after office hours. • Assist on logistics and events support. • Meters reading (e.g. Electricity, Water and BTU). • Assist in incident reporting. • Cover duties for Fire Command Centre • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Supervisors.
