Job Description - Develop Short to Mid-term (up to one year cycle) business plan and analyst potential sales channel for business growth - Develop and execute in sales plan of actions on monthly and quarterly basis (include plan of customer visit, expenses, sales target per area, etc), align with HQ strategies - Manage and develop teams competency. - Mengembangkan rencana bisnis jangka pendek hingga menengah (hingga siklus satu tahun) dan menganalisis saluran penjualan potensial untuk pertumbuhan bisnis. - Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan rencana aksi penjualan secara bulanan dan kuartalan (termasuk rencana kunjungan pelanggan, biaya, target penjualan per area, dll), selaras dengan strategi HQ. - Mengelola dan mengembangkan kompetensi tim.
