System maintenance: Maintain, review, and enhance the MIS Systems to support reliable management reporting and analysis. Reporting preparation: Prepare and deliver timely management reports to Group and business/support units, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear presentation of key information. Business support: Coordinate and respond to management information requests from Group and business/support units, including analysis, clarification, and follow-up where required. Continuous improvement: Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting processes, improve data quality, and enhance stakeholder experience. Operational planning: Support and drive annual operational planning activities and related corporate initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI for data preparation, modelling, analysis, and reporting is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to translate data into practical insights. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
