### About the role Apten is an omni-channel AI agent that automates sales/marketing conversations with millions of leads across SMS, voice, and email. Our product is category leading because the agent’s designed to communicate like a human would - it dynamically switches between channels to meet leads where they want to be met, automatically follows up with personalized messages at the right time, and proactively uses tools/systems in conversations with leads. In the last 6 months, we’ve become profitable, averaged over 30% MoM growth, and work with amazing enterprise customers across industries like healthcare, education, and home services. Our sales motion so far has been completely founder-led, but we’re now looking to scale our sales/GTM motion into mid-market/enterprise segments. You’ll be working directly with the founder/CEO. **Compensation: $145k OTE ($75k base + $70k commission)** ### **What You’ll Do:** * Build pipeline through cold outbound via calling, LinkedIn, email * Fly on-site to build relationships with prospects and close deals * Prospect for new companies that fit Apten’s ICP ### **What we’re looking for:** * 1+ years of experience in a sales role * Ability to communicate well with VP/C-suite level execs - be concise, confident, ready to handle objections * Strong drive to solve/iterate on hard problems (if something doesn’t work, be relentless in figuring out why and adjusting accordingly) * Someone who’s relentless, high-energy, and always looking to keep growing * Experience selling B2B SaaS preferred For those paying attention, reach out to me as if I was a prospect [contact removed]) - done right it’ll get you the interview :)
